Important Notice Concerning Quota Licences

 

Please review the following information from Debbie Pender, Deputy Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, concerning quota licenses:

The Retail Beverage Council is working on legislation that will correct this conflict with current statute and rule that will allow the continued placement of quota licenses into escrow as you do now with today's practices. Due to timing of the effective date of enforcement, there may be a gap between effective date of escrow policy and 2012 legislative session.
