Under Proposed Rules, the Department of Health Division of Medical Quality Assurance, due to statutory changes, announces amendments to Rule 64B-3.005 (Counterfeit-Proof Prescription Pads or Blanks for Controlled Substance Prescribing) to reflect that use of counterfeit-proof prescription blanks or pads is mandatory, and to impose additional requirements and approve vendors of counterfeit-proof prescription pads.
Under Notices of Meetings, Workshops and Public Hearings, the Board of Pharmacy announces a meeting to consider General Board business.
