Today's Florida Administrative Weekly includes several items relating to pharmacy:
Under Notices of Development of Proposed Rules and Negotiated Rulemaking, the Board of Pharmacy proposes a rule amendment to 64B16-28.108 (All Permits – Labels and Labeling of Medicinal Drugs) to update label requirements. Under Proposed Rules,, the Board of Pharmacy proposes a rule amendment to 64B16-27.420 (Registered Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities) to update tasks that registered pharmacy technicians may assist the pharmacist in performing. The Agency for Health Care Administration proposes a rule to amend 59G-4.002 (Medicaid Provider Reimbursement Schedule)
