Mark your calendars for the Florida Retail Federation’s Retail Days at the Capitol and Board Meeting February 20-22, 2013 at Hotel Duval in Tallahassee.  Our agenda begins on Wednesday afternoon with the Sustainability, Grocery/Pharmacy and Beauty Industry Council meetings followed by the Chairman’s Circle Membership (only) meeting.  That evening, there will be a reception and dinner with guest speaker, Attorney General Pam Bondi and Governor Rick Scott.  Close your day with a nightcap at the Chairman’s Circle Hospitality Room.

Rise and shine early on Thursday morning for breakfast with Commissioner of Agriculture Adam Putnam and an FRF legislative briefing.  Afterwards we will visit with Legislators, Cabinet and the Governor, followed by a luncheon with Speaker of the House Will Weatherford (R-District 61).  The Retail Workforce, Retail Tourism, Loss Prevention and Retail Beverage Councils will meet that afternoon.  Thursday evening, we’ll have a reception and dinner with Senate President Don Gaetz (R-District 4) and don’t forget to drop by the hospitality room after dinner!

Friday morning will begin with a PAC Membership (only) breakfast meeting followed by a Special Presentation from Al Meyers regarding Future Retail Trends and will end with the Board of Directors meeting.
