Randy is responsible for coordinating
all aspects of FRF's government affairs efforts.

Counsel. He serves
as the Federation's chief lawyer. He also represents the Federation before the
Florida legislature and state regulatory agencies and is
responsible for managing the
Florida Retail Foundation and the Florida Retail Masters leadership
development program.

Vice President, Operations &
Membership
Elaine is the team leader for FRF's Membership Acquisition
and Retention. She also coordinates the office operations and is
the liaison and corporate secretary for the Board of Directors.
She also serves as executive assistant to President
McAllister.

Debbie is
responsible for all financial aspects of FRF and its subsidiaries
including: investments; budgets; oversight of accounts
payable, receivable, and payroll; employee benefits; and asset
procurement.

Sherry provides
support for FRF's government affairs efforts, and assists with the Retail
Beverage Council and the Florida Retail Masters
Program .

Services
Sherry is
the membership database administrator whose duties include
processing dues billings and receipts, generating mailing lists,
creating reports, and processing any membership updates. She also
serves as the primary liaison to Summit Consulting, the third party
administrator for the workers' compensation fund, as well as serving as the payroll coordinator
for the staff, and the in-house IT specialist.

Tara is responsible for maintaining
the Federation's primary website. She also supports FRF's Awards
programs and operations administration.

Director, Government
Affairs
Sally manages
the Federation’s government affairs activities, leads FRF’s
political campaign involvement, and serves as Treasurer for our 10
CCE’s and our ECO. Sally is the primary lobbyist for:
Affordable Housing, Healthcare, Health Insurance, Pharmacy and
Transportation.

Manager
Ashleigh
assists the government affairs team in their daily activities. She
is responsible for coordinating fundraisers and coalition meetings;
keeping a current schedule of legislative activities; and maintaining
the legislative database.

Assistant
LaShunda serves as the
accounts payable and receivable coordinator, the supply procurement
specialist, and assists in the day-to-day activities in the Finance
department.

Deputy General Counsel,
Governmental Affairs
Samantha serves
as primary legal counsel to the AIP Team, appearing on behalf of FRF in
court and administrative proceedings when necessary. She
represents the interests of FRF and its members in front of the
legislative and executive branches of government, as well as regulatory
agencies. Samantha serves as the staff liaison to the
Sustainability Council and oversees the FRF Emergency Preparedness
Network.

Database Specialist
Joy handles many aspects of the member database,
including membership updates and invoicing and posting of dues. She also
manages all Summit correspondence and assists in the day to day
activities in the Membership department.
